Clean place, unobtrusive staff, efficient location. I loved having iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee. The breakfast spread was outstanding, there were lots of reasonably priced options. It was an awesome experience, great value.

My stay was perfectly pleasant, I enjoyed that it was spotless throughout, with incredible views and simply perfect lovation just next door to main attractions, Blackpool, the seafront. Competent staff that were ready to help. The piano bar was lively and the drinks were bottled.

The staff were VERY ENTHUSIASTIC and breakfast was fresh. I slept so comfy in the really nice bed. I enjoyed staying at this location - touristic position. What's more, it was close enough to the seafront and the centre and hill. Late check-out too.
Well, the room definetly needed to be cleaned.

i loved the beds, they were very comfy, and how briliant the staff was. the location was decent, next to the, bar, a narrow alleyway. also, a famous victorian entertainment complex was located in the area of the hotel. welcoming unit with an original decor. early check in & the service was superb.

We loved this hotel. The whole building was tidy and had a friendly atmosphere. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. The offered breakfast was lovely and included plenty of options.
